Reviews: I dont know if their branches are excellent or not. Yet I am sick of their VISA card policies. Never apply their credit card nor do balance transfers with their offer. They will make money out of you with their hidden balance transfer charges and special payment posting policy. I got hit by them so badly. Ended up after using their credit card for a month and in order to stop them making more money out of me I have to stop using their card. I have excellent credit and paid them off every single statement. However I learned a painful lesson from doing balance transfer business with them. Dont let their small benefit blind you! They will get you back big time. Not worth to have any accounts with them. I am boycotting them. Check out all the online complaint websites to read how bad a company WAMU is.

Reviews: The ATM machines are always terrible at this location. The old ones with WAMU were down a lot or going slow. Now Chase put in new ATMs that are breaking down and eat your checks. You know what happends when the ATM eats your check? It prints out an error message and the people that work at the bank tell you that the check will work its way through the system. I put a check in that ATM on 1/18/2010 and I dont know when Im gonna get it back. Its in the system which means I could get it next month tomorrow or never. Good Times!

Reviews: I have had problemes with Us bank from the day it was changed from cal national. this branch those not halp ider they will take your cash mony and give you a reside and three days later the mony is lost and did not replaced the mony till I went in to this branch and ask where my mony is. The next day out of a suden they found my mony all $4000.

Reviews: Bought a car from them 1 month warranty. A part on the engine was bad causing major engine damage but they wont fix it because of a technicality. I would sue if I had time & money but I dont...Id win too. Dont EVER buy from them if you do take it to a mechanic to have it inspected first.
