Reviews: This branch bank is now a Chase Bank. If you want to do business with Chase I suggest you go to a different branch. I have been with Chase for many years and had planned to continue the relationship. I recently learned of this branch and decided to go in and let them help me with some transactions that I might normally do online. The visit turned out to be completely useless - all I got from them was frustrated. I went home and got online and accomplished what they couldnt seem to do. They seem to lack basic business sense. The Branch Manager was the worst. I dont think he smiled once and I dont even remember him looking at me eye to eye. I know by his reactions that he did not hear half of what I said. Chase is a fairly good bank - I just recommend that you find a different branch if you want common business courtesies to be extended to you.

Reviews: I agree! BoA is getting too big for the average Joe. I have been banking with them for over ten years and when I deposited a disability check last month BoA put a hold on it and they wouldnt release funds for 7 days actually 9 days counting the weekend. That is ridiculus even I after I phoned the bank manager in Oklahoma City where I originally opened my account the manager named Randy said there was nothing that he could do to get the deposit released. As soo as I get to feeling better I am going to switch to MidFirst. This putting a hold is them using our money. Also they sneaked in there last month with a MONTHLY MAINTENANCE FEE They did get that knocked off and added back to my account.
