Reviews: Well they have exceptional customer service. But that is to cover the horrible unorganized mess that is the banks actual service with your money. If you are just starting a job and are expecting your check to clear after a couple of days before your direct deposit kicks in this is not the bank for you. If you are expecting money in your account on the day the receipt the teller gave you this is not the bank for you. If you are expecting not to see charges given to your account that were not discussed when you opened the account this is not the bank for you. But if you bend because some customer service representative tells you exactly what you need to hear then this is the bank for you. If you are willing to have your hold financial situation placed in complete disarray then this is the bank for you.

Reviews: Hi there: I recently had to do some business for the company I work for and needed help from the manager at Lloyd Avenue. I just wanted to take a moment to say that Bob Mello (the manager at Lloyd Avenue) was so helpful and solved my problem quickly and with a great attitude. It is nice to know that there are bankers out there who really care about their customers and Mr. Mello certainly went the extra mile and it was noticed and appreciated by his customers.
