Reviews: I was so happy to find this Bank of America and so pleased at how they took extra care to make their building blend in with our beautiful community here in San Dimas. I was also surprised to find so much small town charm from a large bank. The manager and all of the bank tellers were delightful and very helpful! I wish they had 1 more ATM but other than that I cant think of a single bad thing to say!

Reviews: They were very heartless when they did not put on the overdraft protection after we told them to when we set up the accounts. Because of this and the refusal to correct their mistake we are forced to be stuck with a non sufficient fund fee from arrowhead and our apartment complex. We found out that they bounced our rent check from our checking account that was $2 short and there was plenty in savings to cover that. It happened because the guy at this store screwed up and apparently did not set up the overdraft like he said he was doing. Would they help fix their screw up? NO WAY. We are closing our accounts and going to Wescom Credit Union which is more customer friendly!
