Reviews: If you dont speak English and have a load of time to waste in long lines...this is the bank for you! Ive had accounts open for six months. In that time Ive had to call customer service probably at least seven times. This last time I went into the branch for an issue relating to a deposit that did not credit to my account. I was told it would work itself out so when it didnt and I went back all I got was the deer in the headlights look. This was followed by the greeter employee sticking me in an office by myself calling the 800-number for me to talk to customer service to try to fix the branchs screw up! Hey thanks for the help! USELESS. Will definitely take my money elsewhere that is if they actually find it in the allotted 45 days!

Reviews: I share the other customers concern that BofA needs more experience staff in this location. However the bigger problem is customer line and grocery customer aisle is too narrow and the teller work area is crammed. BofA should consider expanding this facility or opening a new branch in this shopping center if they dont want to continue losing valued customers to Wells Fargo.
