Reviews: I called the Oakland branch to obtain the Coporate phone number. The person who answered the phone sounded irritated at the request and placed me on hold while he looked it up. After he gave me the phone number i called the corporate number only to be hung up on twice in a row by whomever answered the phone without even a hello.

Reviews: Service is Awful: The business is all talk. I had a serious situation that got ignored. I then proceeded to speak with a manager who cut me off and hung-up on me before I was able to finish asking the questions I needed answered. Jim is the worst branch manager Ive ever encountered at any business. Im glad Im canceling my account!
