Reviews: wamu/chase is the worst bank ever!!!! they hold your tranactions for over a week....then right before you get paid as soon as you dont have the money to cover it they put it through! then charge you $33.00! they had this promo to get you to open an account ....you were supposed to get $100.00 well it has been 8 months and i never received it! I have inquired with them several times and they respond with form letters. the customer service at the branches SUCKS as well! they are a group of the most unfriendly people I have ever met!!! put your money somewhere else!

Reviews: I wont get specific because my money is in there. I am thinking about taking it elsewhere. I simply despite employees who give customers excuses why something cannot be done when it is obvious that they are overwhelmed. We are not that stupid. All they need to say is Were really busy right now please come back later... instead of some phony made-up-as-you-go offical reason. Were fully aware of the fact that you rather take on new customers than helping existing ones but boy does it have to be so obvious? I think Ill put my money into ING or some smaller bank...

Reviews: I share the other customers concern that BofA needs more experience staff in this location. However the bigger problem is customer line and grocery customer aisle is too narrow and the teller work area is crammed. BofA should consider expanding this facility or opening a new branch in this shopping center if they dont want to continue losing valued customers to Wells Fargo.
