Reviews: Their phone customer service stinks and that makes a whole difference as to how much you can rely on them. If you never have a problem with online banking you may be fine but the day they delete your online ID by mistake (as it happened to me) and you are cut off from your assets and all the automatic payments you set up are disregarded and you start getting hit with penalties from those third parties do not expect Bank of America customer disservice to be there for you. And then youll regret (as I do) having been a loyal customer for over ten years because they do not value customer loyalty. They do not even publicise a number for their complaints department (if they still have one). That right there tells you how much they care about customer satisfaction.

Reviews: Bank Of America Is the worst company I have ever done business with. They have terrible sales practices and their customer service is lousy. Needless to say I closed my accounts with them after only 5 months.

Reviews: I would like to warn people BEFORE they get involved with B of A that this bank has NO customer service. I opened a home equity acct. six months ago. It has been a nightmare ever since. They immediately started charging me fees that they were not supposed to. Refused to close acct.s I no longer wanted AND after dozens of phone calls emails and letters they still can not get things straightened out. They do NOT answer email (although their web site says they answer ALL emails within twelve hours. Save yourself a lot of trouble and TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE !!
