Reviews: I was very satisfied with the service I received over the phone. The automated menu was specific and allowed me to quickly get to a representative at the local branch so I was able to speak to someone at the actual branch that I visit. The representative was very helpful and very polite. She answered all of my questions. Ive been away from BofA for 12 years and quite honestly...I think Im glad to be back!
