Reviews: I closed my B of A accounts a few years back when there was a problem. It was compounded by misinformation and a lack of uniform procedure. I left my daughters account in place. However Im about to move it. Today 3/20/08 I went in to the South Main branch because phone calls to Veronica Lopez hadnt been returned for two days. We havent received her bank card in the mail. In the branch I waited 15 minutes and no one spoke to me. I stood up looked around. Iwas asked by a busy employee if I had a question. He was in reality too busy to actually help me. 3 other customers were expressing their incredulity of the situation. Please get help! You are going to lose potential lifetime customers namely my daughter. I cant believe your lack of concern.
