Reviews: Until recently I would have rated DFCU with five stars. We have always enjoyed the people there and the excellent service we received. However after recently trying to obtain an auto loan I am deeply saddened. It appalls me that DFCU has a list of dealerships they will use when some of those we visited were not locations I would have thought DFCU would recommend. Unless of course it is true that dealerships must pay a fee to be on the list. Isnt that something like paying for favors? Branch managers acted like oh well thats how it is. I have never heard of a credit union having an list of approved dealerships. It makes me wonder what other kinds of lists you have for doing business. Sorry but Ill have to think twice about continuing with DFCU.
