Reviews: I am a former military guy who came across this place by sheer accident but at a time in my life when I needed some quick cash in a bad way. Times were hard for me so I hocked the only thing of value I owned at the time - my diamond wedding band. At first I was scarred to death about what might happen to my ring. Im sure youve all heard the stories of pawn shops changing out the good diamonds in items that have been pawned and replacing them with cheaper less quality diamonds. The stories were endless and I think I heard them all. God was I sick and worried about my ring. Long story short not only did Jeff and his wonderful staff at Palance Jewelry & Loan earn my trust but I remained a regular and happy customer for over 18 years! Jeff & his staff are among the most honest and trustworthy people I have come across in my many travels as a military man. They have earned my deepest respect and unquestionable trust. A persons valuables could not be in more capable & trusting hands than Jess Alisha & the entire staff at Palace Jewelry & Loan. As we say in the corps Id take a bullet for ya any day! Many many thanks to Jeff & his entire staff for being one of the true last remaining business in San Diego county (and the entire country in my opinion) that reflect the deepest standards of true professionalism in customer service & satisfaction and whose ethical standing in the community remains second to none! Reviews: This particular branch of San Diego National Bank has the most incompetent and inarticulately rude bank tellers that were ever employed in a bank. While making deposits or withdrawals the customer must stand there while the bank tellers go about their conversations about whatever trivia fills their lives then the customer must have that insipid attention focused upon him or her at the end of the transaction. If you should complain your complaint will be handled by the bank management staff perhaps one Mr. Crockett. Management will be apologetic but you will get no other redress. Just hope that this bank branch offers more sincere attention to your account than it shows to you personally.

Reviews: My babys daddy got upset with me cause I made him wait. I called this company and although the phone was answered immediately I was put on hold for over 5 seconds. What kind of company puts you on hold for 5 seconds? Can you believe I counted 5 seconds? Dont get me wrong the operator was friendly and nice but I had to go off on her. Its not right placing someone on hold Im busy I have to get money from my babys daddy and he was running out the door. I was able to get the information I was looking for but next time dont put me on hold ever you hear ever. Nobody puts me on hold not when my babys daddy is waiting in the car.
