Reviews: I see that this dealership has a lot of bad reviews. Complaining about how much it cost to repair your bmw goes without saying... cant afford it dont buy it. Not getting help from a sales men... well I am 25 but look 18, and most 18 year olds dont drive brand new bmw's... so I never get the best service from salesman. Besides that salesman are in it to make a sale. When I went to bmw of mountain view, they were really nice when I bought the car, but when it came down to doing maintnance that is covered by bmw, they refused. Went to Stevens creek and they did it no problem. No dealership is perfect, so as long as you dont ask for things that are beyond the means of any buisness, this dealership is up there with being as good as it gets.

Reviews: I always used to go to another dealer for service. Since I did not get convenient appointments last 2 times, I went to stevens creek honda for service. After a month of second service, I realised that windshield wiper liquid was empty (I didnt use it much). When I pulled over to find out whats happening, to my horror other fluids were also very low.( Inspite of having given me a receipt with topping of fluids). This means that fluids were not filled up in both of the service. When asked about this case, their answers were most reckless - 'So what if it is low'? 'You might have used it'. 'You might have been involved in accident'. I would want to go to them again since I DONT TRUST their service anymore.
