Reviews: A duplicate payment on my mortgage was paid in error by the bank. I made the request to reverse the transaction and put the money back into my checking account which was also with Wamu now Chase. The online customer service person assured me she could do this for me and I would see the deposit in my account within 48 hours. I waited 4 days before I called to find out there is no record of my request so they never expedited the transfer. Now I need to be inconvienced by actually going down to the bank because apparently Chase is not able to handle request over the phone. This is one of many problems I have experience with this bank. We are now in the process of changing banks.

Reviews: Well what can I say? Let me start by saying that customer service is not that great at all. I am a new customer and I bought a truck from one of their site sales that they have from time to time. I bought it around 5 months ago and they still cannot get my payments right. I asked them to have my payments taken out automatically (this did not happen). I had to call them because I notice the payment has not been taken out and it was passed the day when it was due. I had that fixed and then requested it to be done biweekly (this did not happen). Next month they took out the full amount of the payment. I once again requested that they do the biweekly and the same problem occurred. I requested it again and they said the supervisor would get it done. Same problem happened the following month. I went into the office and complained. They said I had to fill out paper work again so I did and submitted it. Well this month the new thing is that they took out the full amount at the beginning of the month and now it seems like they will be taking the full amount out of my account at the middle of the month as well since its set up as biweekly. I called customer service (Today) again and I was on hold for 15 minutes with an annoying message that came on every minute it seemed. I was right they set up my account to take the full amount biweekly. The sad part of all of this is that I was trying to save 1.9% by not going to my credit union what a mistake that was. This is just my opinion and experience that are documented on my account. I strongly do not recommend this establishment and I will be moving my loan.
