Reviews: The employees who work there seem more interested in the clothes theyre wearing and trying to balance on their heels than provide service to their customers. The woman I was working with was telling me the wrong things on my account and I was trying to educate HER on what she needed to do. She still didnt get it! Even her supervisor gave her a look when she finally couldnt figure it out as if to say how did you get this job? After being there for 40 minutes they didnt fix what I wanted! What a waste of time. The employees may sit & look pretty but watch out because theyre clueless! Go to a different branch to save yourself some time.

Reviews: This bank had one of the worst customer service. Everytime I got there...theres alway long line and no one seem to care. If you have a safe box...you just have to stand there and wait and wait and wait even you ring the bell...nobody seem to respond. Dont ever go there unless you just want to use ATM machine.

Reviews: Man talk about wasting my time at the bank. I used to bank with DOWNEY SAVINGS which I loved. Now they became US Bank which I dislike but still I stayed with them only because I had banked with Downey for nearly 7 years and figured that US Bank might be as good as them. ..... In plus there rite around the corner from my job so why not. I ran in on my 20 min break to make ONE simple deposit to my account and had to wait nearly 10 mins in line. There was this one teller that was bull shitting with the person he was tending to. Literally they were talking about there personal stuff & the teller was taking so much time with him that the line was getting longer. When I first came in I was the only one waiting in line now there was three more people behind me. You would think that they would open up another teller but NO they continued to bullshit & wast my time. There were about two other reps there that were just talking up monst each other that could of opened up another window but obviously there main concern was each other. How rude I even ask politely even though I was irritated if they could open up another window. And the lady ignored me looked at the the teller that was opened & said Yeah hell be right with you shortly ...... I got tired of waiting and told her yeah right Ive been waiting patiently and now your wasting my time great customer service skills & thankz for nothing... I walked out of there & believe me they wont be getting my service again. Im switching to another bank I like it better before Downey Savings merged with US BANK. THEY SUCK THE BIG ONE.

Reviews: Worst experience in banking transaction in B of A Calaveras Blvd. Milpitas CA. Ive gone to this BofA bank at least 3 - 4 times to cash a $25. personal check written to me by my wife who banks at B of A Calvaveras Blvd. The $25 is for gas for my car B of A has my wifes signature card on file at this bank. They always make me wait for about 8 minutes sometimes more than 25 minutes to verify the check. I ask the bank teller why do I always have to wait so long when other people come in and cash someone elses BofA check. When you present a check to the bank and request payment exchange for the check all they have to do is verify if funds are sufficient to cover the check value. What makes me so mad I give my wife checks of mine ... sometimes over $25000. to deposit into her BofA account but when I want to cash her BoA check for $25. its like asking for $25M. What a hassle...... I finally told the bank manager if I was Asian which the majority of the bank personnel and bank customers in the lobby happen to be and get treated with more respect I would not have this problem. I believe the Milpitas BofA Calaveras Branch has a reverse discrimination program against non-Asians. I think the Bank of America senior Corporate Management should start an investigation procedure in BofA Milpitas Calaveras Blvd. Branch located at Hillivew and Calaveras Blvd. Next time this incident happens again I am going to call the District Attorneys Office in Santa Clara CA and file a compliant against BoA.
