Reviews: This rating is specifically about the Banking-Online experience. The employees in the branch are friendly and helpful and they should get a separate star rating. But getting the online banking functions to work is one long series of hurdles to overcome. On the way to reaching the point where you can go online and do anything youll have a whole lot of keyboard time and at least three telephone calls (yes push the numbers and wait) and theyll be unfailingly polite. But its still the klunkiest crankiest software Ive ever encountered. My online comparisons are BECU which is absolutely sweet and four investment firms (Vanguard Price etc.) all of which are easier to start up than KeyBank.
