Reviews: The clerks keep changing they lack general information-- such as how to deposit to a former MBNA account which is still not in their computers after 3 years take over! When you go in for personal help they call the same 800 phone number you tried and you sit there while they wait through the 15 minute voice mail. Duh!! dont they have a direct line?? They never follow through on a problem---you have to keep calling and calling! Try Googling I Hate Bank of America and listen to other horror stories.

Reviews: This credit union is above average and a shared branch. This means that I can transferr monies to my kids credit union banks any where in an emergency. The tellers are great and the home banking is great. This bank is just north of the 118 frwy by major shopping fast and dine in restraunts plus a movie house. Parking is good because of location across from the movie house. Access to ATMs (2) is also good 24-7.

Reviews: My situation with Bank of America has been on going since March of 2010. I went to my local bank to retain info on a loan modification and was verbally told that they could not do anything for me because I was employed although substantially underwater. I called and was sent a Loan Modification Pkg. overnight delivery. Filled out with all info required and overnighted it back to BoA. They stated it was not receivedthen it was and was in review. Called back for update BoA could not find it. This was all heard by Money Management International on a conference call. BoA stated it was too late now they had to send another package by this time I became unemployed and had to change to The Home Affordable Unemployment Program. Received the pkg. on Nov. 19 2010(BoA said it would arrive no later then the 9th. Filled it out completely shipped it overnight delivery on Nov.22 2010. Called for status on Dec. 15 BoA had not received it after 13 calls in one day BoA had received it on Dec. 10 2010 and it was in review. Called on Dec. 16 2010. BoA has no idea where my pkg. is located. I was once a preferred customer of BoA obviously no longer!!! I will be out living in the street before long. Thank you Bank of America for all your help!!! Reviews: Countrywide didnt care about thier Customers only thier money. I worked for Countrywide and when I saw mistakes they made and reported it to the Workers involved and then thier Managers it didnt make a difference to them. Only thing they cared about was Money. That is not the correct way to take care of the Customers. I left Countrywide and started to breath again!

Reviews: This company has the worse customer service! Youll know it the minute you speak with one of the customer service reps. Theyll most likely need to transfer four times before getting NO resolution. My second mortgage was paid off by the title company almost a year later and the company had no idea and even less assistance. One would think theyd take a look at the first mortgage -- see it paid off and satisfied. This company is ABSOLUTELY clueless!
