Reviews: There is always a line. And even though there is a line tellers still close thier window to go on break. No one is EVER in the lobby to direct me or answer questions. When it is busy there is no sense of urgeny. These people move as slow as postal workers. Shoot me! Plus the touch screens on the ATMs stick and often dont work. Its so annoying! Go to another BOFA if you dont want to stress out!

Reviews: Horrible. I just joined B of A less than six months ago and they have charged me fees that belonged to another customer TWICE!!! Each fee was $45.00. They held the money for three days before they put it back into my account. I also requested copies of deposits at the branch. I waited some time came back and waited some more. Finally I left and asked that they fax the info to me. They said yes but when I called to inquire about the time-they said no you have to come back in so we can verify you are who you say. I went back in and NO ONE asked me for verification. The bank manager was terribly rude and condescending. I would NEVER recommend B of A at Porter Ranch.
