Reviews: If you want a bank that has HORRIBLE customer service you have found what you???re looking for with Bank of America. I traveled to NY and made a purchase; since I did not live in NY they put a hold on my account. I then called their customer service number to be transferred to a fraud specialist after a 10 minute phone call confirming it was my account and I did make that purchase they assure me they removed the hold. Then I tried to make a purchase and my card got declined again I spoke with a fraud specialist and had her remove the hold. The following day I got gas as my card was not working right at the pump I went inside to have them charge me only to be told my card was declined. Then I called them again and was told my account was frozen! I had to wait 20 minute for a friend to bring my $20 bucks to pay for my gas then I went straight to my local Bank of America and canceled all my accounts with them. Three strikes and they were Outa Here!! HORRIBLE SERVICE and rude customer service reps who were laughing at my situation being stuck in a gas station. I WILL NEVER DO ANY TYPE OF BUSINESS WITH THEM AND WILL WARN EVERYONE I KNOW!!!

Reviews: This is a horrible location. The bankers are constantly revolving and the manager is rude. Waiting times are atrocious and service is only provided when the benefit is to the bank. They will take your money and then forget you the next day. If you must bank at a BofA go to the location closer to the Merritt.
