Reviews: I was reffered to the bank by my girlfriend and thought it was a respectable business. What I did not expect was to have multiple check printing fees assesed for just one order of checks that were free. Without my knowledge these fees were added and I was brought into an overdraft. Assuming I had this money in the bank i used my debit card a few times until I was informed of it being declined. By that time I had been assesed over three hundred dollars in overdraft fees!!! The bank informed me that it was not their responsibility an gave me an ultimatum to pay in 45 days or I would be turned over to a credit collection agency. The freakish thing is my total overdraft was 12 dollars. This to me is an un-ethical form of business.

Reviews: Ive done my banking with MSGCU for over 9 years including 2 years spent out of state. Ive done my mortgage and a handful of auto loans with them with no surprises at closing. Their staff is extremely friendly helpful and knowledgeable. The truly have your best interest in mind and it shows in their operations. They host educational seminars regularly for a variety of topics in order to help you make educated financial decisions. I have never felt like a number nor have I felt taken advantage of. They???re consistently expanding all over Macomb County and now are spreading into Oakland so if you can become a member do it!

Reviews: I deposited my check in the ATM machine and I went in a week later and found out the check was never deposited into my account. I told them that they lost my check and should have to pay the cancelled fee. They said they were not paying the fee because they already spent too much money on someone to come out and look at the ATM machine. Very rude closed my account that day.
