Reviews: i went to the wilson bank and was waiting in line for 20 minutes..this friday..so i got fustrated and went to the charter bank..and i swear the line was allmost to the door..and i only waited 5 minutes..they were fast polite and they had all there tellers..not like the other bank..only 3 tellers.. i still think this is the best bank in stockton..every time i go in there the manager always okays the checks. which make the process faster...thanks Brig..to the best manager in stockton. you got the best tellers..and you should tell your supervisors i said that;-)

Reviews: Nver buy a car from her. I bought a 98 honda civic thinking it was going to last me (as hey had told me so). Not even two weeks later the engine light turned on. I took it back saying okay fix this and they said we will take care of it. But did they? No! They just reset the battery so the light would turn off and put starter fluid and maybe 2 or 3 days later the light appeared again. I am the process of taking them to court now.

Reviews: I have been working with this bank now nearly for 3 years. The staff are not equiped with the state-of-the-art technology nor the bank itself (none of the banks have in California compared to European Banks; considering a non-envelope deposit system is only a few monts old whereas in Europe almost 8 yrs old) but theyre doing more than the best they can with what they have which is admirable. Non-error-easy transactions responsive reliable and sufficient customer service and most importantly a welcoming atmospher. In a small town like Stockton thats A-OK bank....I highly recommended ! Thank you BOA.

Reviews: This place is awful. I have been banking with them for 9 years both share and checking and I have decent credit and a decent income. And enough in my account to pay half the auto loan I was asking for ($24k). Then they deny my auto loan for 1 under $200 judgement (that was paid in full) on my credit report.. VERY STUPID and STRICT.. I will be taking my money out once all current checks clear and going elsewhere. Customer service is crappy and all the tellers act snooty to you. I actually got questioned where did my money/checks come from a couple of occasions as If they were scam checks or something.. VERY bad service. I also got a large check ($17000) and the teller had the nerve to ask in a serious manner Is this a settlement or did you sue someone or something NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS!!
