Reviews: Darin is incompetent-very dissappointing service by Countrywide employee. I went in to Countrywide said I wanted to open Sep IRA deposited a check signed where I was told to sign filled out papers as given to me did everything Darin told me to do only to find out via phone 9 days later that Countrywide does not do Sep IRA that my check should have arrived at my house few days ago. If I had been told that Countrywide does not do Sep IRA I would not have wasted 40 minutes talking and filling out papers with Darin. When I asked why it had taken so long 9 days for him to let me know he said he could not find my number... Darin said he will call me to let me know what happened to my money and he never called back. What kind of service is this????Now when I get my money back I have to get a lower interest rate on my account and lost out on possibly 10-11 days worth of interest money. Wish I had never met this joker.

Reviews: HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I would not even give them 1 star if possible! I have a car loan through them I lost my job last year Im juggling my mortgage bills insurance & car payments. So I fell behind...by $200! I have this idiot coming to my door in his hoopty talking smack about how I need to make payments. Hello! I do make payments! I was just $200 short for Decembers payment! Hes threatening to repo my car & being very rude! I called the bank & the lady was even more rude! Need I remind you? ITS A RECESSION! And I am making payments! Just $200 Short! BTW my pmt is $750 so $200 behind is not so bad! SO Inconsiderate!!!!!

Reviews: Sunnyvale Acura has an excellent crew of professionals! Todd in Service is the best Service Manager Ive ever had in my 4 years of coming in to service my Acura TL. He is such an honest hard working person and tries his best all the time. He does great work and is very knowledgable in all aspects of car maintenance and service. The Service Staff is great with a helpful attitude. My brother introduced me to Sunnyvale Acura and I will never leave this place. I have yet to review the car salesman but I am hoping they will be just as great as everyone else in the shop. What a great bunch of people I feel at home with these guys! Keep up the great work! The next car I get will be an Acura I just love the RDX MDX and the TL! I would appear in a commercial to prove my loyalty to Sunnyvale Acura!
