Reviews: i have been a member of the bank for 9 years and have been very happy! They have done 3 auto loan for me & my home loan. I have a perfect record with the bank & a great credit score i wanted a little extra cash for chistmas so i ask for a small loan. I have done this a few time in the years past and have paid them all off never late! I was shocked that they declined the loan! This has me concerned is my money in a safe place is this little local bank in trouble because it has made bad lending decisions. They have posted sign that they have money to lend that they were not like the big banks that needed bailed out. So I am giving the bank 3 stars they have some great people working for them it suck that they a bad loan officer that make bad decisions.

Reviews: This branch offers the slowest service of all Wachovia branches in Tallahassee. As a small business we have to use the commerical lane which is even slower. They ofen make commerical customers wait for 10 to 15 minutes while they take personal banking customers that arrive at a window long after a commerical customer. The branch on North Monroe is faster and much more professional.
