Reviews: WAMU is the schinizzell. I hate the other banks. Every time you turn around its another fee at most banks but never at Washington Mutual. Its like Cheers where everybody knows your name. Ive actually had the employees there greet me and say Hi Jeff how are you doing today? on more than one occasion. And Im really glad they have ATMs in front the street. I just do a drive by (lol) when I need get some yuppie food stamps (20s). See the branch manager hell treat you right.

Reviews: Re acct 11 35-1210-103 atm card no.1217 6589 6449 1993 valid until july 2008. Dear Sir: I am presently in MANILA Philippines. I would like to know the procedure how I could close my account as it is now incurring charges. I have tried several times to withdraw through the atm machine I always received reply account not available yet or account is blocked.Please advice how I could get my money. Reviews: Never trust that the tellers at this branch know what theyre doing. Double-check triple-check that the transactions are done the way you want them done. I withdrew $300 and cashed a $100 check so I took off with $400. When my statement came it shows that all $400 came from my account. Where did the $100 check go?!?! They claim they gave me $500 when I only got $400 and they cant show me the video from the security camera that will tell how much money was actually handed to me. Avoid this bank like the plague there are many other banks in the neighborhood.
