Reviews: My son was accused of a terrible crime so I tried to deal with law enforcement until I noticed I could neither defuse the situation nor deal with it on a legal basis. I dont know the law well enouph to give my son a competent defense. There were several facts that I found out about that were not being pursued and thought that a competent legal professional would be able to at least do a better job than I. So I went through the legal forums looking for an attorney and came across Raymond Kline. Contacted him and got a response back from him 1st by email then by phone. He aggreed to help me and convinced me that he would be able to take over the litigation for me and that I shoulnt worry hes got it under his control and will represent my son. So I signed a retainer aggreement with him for $3000 dollars with $500 cash down. Since then about 2 weeks ago I have not heard back from Ray. He has not returned my calls or emails and now Im finding out that there may be warrents out for me and my son for failure to appear. I still need to find another lawyer but now realize I must find a competent lawyer to take over. And Ill probably turn myself and son into law enforcement because I dont run from the law. And thought I was doing the right thing by putting my trust into this lawyer to handle this case for me. At the very least Ray! You could have negotiated a court date before you decided to tuck tale and run! Especially since thats what I was paying you to do.Your Job! Or you could have told me to get another lawyer because you couldnt handle this case. And maybe even give my money back since youve done nothing accept make matters whorse. Now I know a good lawyer Ive allways used them. This guy should be disbarred for direspecting his oath. Shame on you Raymond Kline.... Word to the wise. Do more research and dont go for the 1st lawyer that comes along.

Reviews: Having to make the decision to file bankruptcy is not an easy one however once I did I am so glad I foun Mr. Weeds office. I am so grateful for finding this law firm. Mr. Weed Mrs. Kindred and their office staff were there to help me through a diffilcult time. When you are unsure about everything else the staff is there to help see you through. They are very professional and knowledgeable. I liked the fact that I felt that I could relate to the attorneys and they could relate to me. I felt that they truly listened to me and my personal situation and made the best plan for me. Not generic at all. I will recommend them to everyone I know.

Reviews: This lawyer and his ASSociate Darcy Geissler totally misrepresented our family in a custody battle. Now we are out thousands of dollars that they charged us during their gross misshandling of our case. These people could care less about the parents and children they have misrepresented. They should stick to bankruptcy law as it seems that this is the condition of their clients after they have squeezed all they can from them.
