Reviews: The robot-like staff here is insane. I have never been to such a horrible vet. They constantly forgot to mention my dogs condition at all while asking for more and more money. You tell them what your limit it is money-wise (and get left in the room alone for TWO HOURS straight) and what do you know? The estimate comes out just a couple dollars beneath it. This place has put us under so much more stress which we already had enough of worrying about our pet. It is NOT irresponsible not being able to pay two thousand dollars for stuff that has already been done! People like this and prices like these encourage animal neglect if you ask me. How can anyone afford any of this these days? The doctor didnt even know my dogs sex or look at her x-rays before wanting to charge us into the streets. We still dont even know her condition well enough to make proper decisions they didnt tell us ANYTHING until putting her to sleep was the only option we saw because we thought that she was still dying. Sitting there for two hours all we EVER heard from them in the other exam rooms was money money money. They dont care about the animals here. They dont care about the owners here. And this rating is not because were too broke to give her all the care she needs its because of how hopeless they make you feel. When youre about to lose a family member you need to know that the vet is going to take care of your dog not your bankruptcy.
