Reviews: I have just been introduced to this collection agency but from the initial telephone conversation the supervisor I talked to Sharon Cole was very rude yelled at me told me that I have three breaks at my job to do what I needed to do and to get my priorities straight. On top of all that when I went to respond i got hung up on in mid sentence. If you can not tell I am pissed at this point so I call back and ask for a supervisor and low and behold Ms Cole is a supervisor. She sarcastically says Hello miss johnson as so happens i am a supervisor do u have a problem. I asked to speak to someone above her and he started to laugh at me when I was voicing my concerns about the rude unprofessionalism demonstrated by his employee and he said she reacted that way because of my reaction to her. Well as I told her supervisor (Dave Lewis). I was not yelling at her or being rude she just didnt like what I had to say and hung up on me. He told me that it is not a job requirement to be nice. i told him maybe not but it is a requirement to be professional. All and all this agency has already rubbed me the wrong way. I had every intention of paying my debt beginning at the end of this month. But those two interactions made me rethink my position and I am unsure of whether I want to deal with any one that works at this company. I am aware of the reprecussions if I dont pay and that will go on my credit report. The way they treated me its almost worth the hassle to let this go to the credit reporting agency and file bankruptcy to not pay them at all.

Reviews: RIPPED ME OFF -- I would give a -10 if i could. After paying this man $1400 out of the $1200 i had to pay (the other $300 was a court filing fee he said he would pay for me) he closed my case without notice. When i called and tried to talk to him all i got was a call back froim his secretary saying he said The case was closed and there is nothing to talk about. Even though the contract says he is in complete violation of this practice. DO NOT TRUST HIM. HE ACTS LIKE HE CARES AND DOES NOT WHAT-SO-EVER. ALL HE WANTS IS YOUR $ AND DOESNT CARE ABOUT YOU.

Reviews: When we were referred to Phil Anderson at Anderson Internet Marketing it did not take long for us to make up our mind. He basically wrote the book on Search Engine Marketing and his track record doing web marketing for Bay Area companies (including lots of law firms) is most impressive. Anderson Internet Marketing created the yacht site and restaurant design site for mutual friends so when I asked him to do my plumbing site I was pretty sure I had the right company and I just wanted to say I have not been disappointed. His bid for my web site was 60% what others wanted and I dont think those other companies had a clue a bout Search Engine Optimization or Search Engine Marketing. Our web site has been up about nine months and we get more traffic and better clients it seems as the months go along even during these tight times we live in. Dont know how our business would be doing without a website that works!
