Reviews: if you want damaged / stolen / and bad shipping book with this shipping company..I was charged an additional $ 1.300.00 upon pick up of my furniture / tools and Household items.Finally after 2 months moving from Connecticut to Hawaii we received our items.. to our dis-may many items were missing such as Computer Monitor / Step Ladders / Contractors Radio / Moving cart and Dolly / State Quarter Collection / Tools / Shovels / Brooms / plus very many small items.along with this upon opening our section of the 45 ft container a lot of boxes were crushed and steped on and foot prints on the boxes furniture busted up and ripped. we originally booked with Westpoint Relocation and All points is an Agent for them..Upon unloading our items we found invoices for the person that was packed in front of our space that was supposingly sealed in Connecticut ??? not thinking anything about it I then found 3 Hawaiian Water Bottles and misc Nylon Strapping that is used to block off the Cardboard wall found in our area ? How did these items get into our sealed space.?? we then notified the Maui Hawaii PD on the situation..we then found out the movers that moved the person in front of us went into our area looking for a missing Glass table worth $ 1000.00 ? so after complaining to Westpoint Relocation they said to take photos and replace the items missing and we would be compasated for the damage and stolen items. we tried to get the name of the Movers that moved Sherry Chisms Furniture but nobody would give out that info..I recently finally put in a claim for around $ 2.500.00 in Damaged Furniture and missing / Stolen items and Damaged Goods.I received a letter with all the Legal Mumbo Jumbo and they only have to pay .60 cents per lb based on there estimate of 400 lbs. about $ 261.35 they want us to sign a waiver have it notorized and they will send a check for that amount ??? if you do agree you have to contact All Points about there Arbitration Policy.. well got Blown off on that Deal. we did not book with All Points Van Lines but after planning this move for 2 years thinking a 20 ft Shipping Container is going to be delivered to your house / packed up / sealed and shipped to Hawaii and a U-Haul Moving Van shows up ??? what do you do..The moving Company has the right to ship any way they want.. too bad Customer.. your stuck with it..so all our items were shipped in a 45 ft Shipping Container along with 2 other persons sealed only by a cardboard wall that anybody can go into and steal anything they want and in the end you end up with about 10% of what you lost..The company I booked with still exist but filed for Bankruptcy and the Sister Company too. But when you look up WestPoint Relocation .Inc they are still in operation with the same phone Numbers..I will be contacting The BBB and reporting this about All Points Van Lines..What they told me is they are an Agent an not responsible.. The company you booked with is responsible and they went Bankrupt Tsk Tsk too bad you Loose..Well this review is Step 1 there will be many more reviews.. every potential customer that was thinking of using All Points and now changed there mind Great..that just prevents All Points from going Tsk Tsk You Loose.. in my book it will be too bad Tsk Tsk All Points You Loose maybe every potential customer you could get .. Good news travels fast..this will get out quick.. So Everybody beware of All Point Van Lines if they show up to move your Household items even though you did not hire them and in the End they wii tell you Tsk Tsk you loose..
