Reviews: Product are below average and customer service is the worst. I bought a bed room set and I am happy with that. I bought a bunch of electronics which no longer work and I am paying finance charges on. My HP laptop is under warranty yet they refuse to send it to HP for replacement instead they send it to their repair guy who also stinks. HP said to send it in to them to fix it. My Gateway is POS too. The back part where the charger plugs into no longer works it is shorted out. USA says it is my fault and they wont cover it (though I paid an arm and a leg for the coverage). My friend had a Gateway and the same issue. Online blogs show it is an inherent problem. I bought a camera and it didnt work either so I returned it for one of a lesser value. I should have been billed for the lesser priced camera. It was my fault since I accepted it. The real deal is that I got ripped off they sell you stuff and they charge outlandish finance charges and dont back their products. I am about to go to lawyer and discuss my contract and see what options I have if any. I will continue in the mean time to draw more media interest to this issue. SOLDIER AND SAILORS GET A STAR CARD!!! I have horrible credit after BK and I got a star card. At least the NEX backs their products.

Despite all of this my personal injury attorneys literally went through and got great discounts on all of my medical bills. I was shocked. They treated my car accident case personally and I can???t thank them enough. I would not hesitate to refer them to anyone I know. Thank you.
