Reviews: I used them for my bankruptcy. I interviewed a few appraisal firms before choosing them. They were professional; state certified and completed my report within the time frame they promised. I would use them again.

Reviews: I have just been introduced to this collection agency but from the initial telephone conversation the supervisor I talked to Sharon Cole was very rude yelled at me told me that I have three breaks at my job to do what I needed to do and to get my priorities straight. On top of all that when I went to respond i got hung up on in mid sentence. If you can not tell I am pissed at this point so I call back and ask for a supervisor and low and behold Ms Cole is a supervisor. She sarcastically says Hello miss johnson as so happens i am a supervisor do u have a problem. I asked to speak to someone above her and he started to laugh at me when I was voicing my concerns about the rude unprofessionalism demonstrated by his employee and he said she reacted that way because of my reaction to her. Well as I told her supervisor (Dave Lewis). I was not yelling at her or being rude she just didnt like what I had to say and hung up on me. He told me that it is not a job requirement to be nice. i told him maybe not but it is a requirement to be professional. All and all this agency has already rubbed me the wrong way. I had every intention of paying my debt beginning at the end of this month. But those two interactions made me rethink my position and I am unsure of whether I want to deal with any one that works at this company. I am aware of the reprecussions if I dont pay and that will go on my credit report. The way they treated me its almost worth the hassle to let this go to the credit reporting agency and file bankruptcy to not pay them at all.
