Reviews: The worst service, more than the average bad asian service in Little Saigon. Unless you are a middle aged woman who speaks Vietnamese, the workers there do not want to bother with you. I came in to buy a cake for my mom's birthday because this USED to be her favorite spot. The lady was rude and uncaring towards my choices and questions as though expecting me to not buy anything. After i have chosen the cake, the lady had the nerve to charge me full price after she wrote the wrong message on top and ruin the frosting because she had to "fix it." To add salt to the injury, she placed flowers that completely differs from the orginal design just to cover it up. as i found out later, she even sold me the wrong flavor cake, in which i made sure she confirmed it to be strawberry, but it ended up as coconut. On top of that, i even found a strand of hair in my slice of that not-so-strawberry cake. if you want quality cakes this is not the place!
