Reviews: My husband and I used Walter Metzen back in Febuary after meeting with several other attorneys for advice. Walter was extremely professional knowledgable and most important HUMAN. Some lawyers we met were push rude and obnoxious. We nearly gave up. But Walter was amazing to work with and so was his staff. Even after our bankruptcy he has provided us a wealth of resources. We couldnt have did it without him. This is just our little way of saying thank you! For saving our finances and our marriage! We are happier than weve ever been. (sounds strange that bankruptcy would be a lifeline but for us it was the only option). It was a very tough situation and we werent sure where to start. The word Bankruptcy sent chills through my spine. But two houses that wouldnt sell and a 1 year job loss we never in a million years expected was about all we could take. Filling was one of our lowest moments but the recovery process has left us in the best financial position of our lives. I wouldnt think of recommending anyone else. And definately dont do it alone Its a lot to figure out and its a scary process. I cant recommend him highly enough. If youre overwhelmed and feeling like theres no options for you I would recommend speaking to someone in his office. It was so refreshing and it gave us long awaited sense of hope. Reviews: My husband and I were very satisfied with the service from Walter Metzens Bankruptcy Office. This whole foreclosure and Chapter 13 thing is very new to us we were very afraid we were going to loose our home but Mr. Charles Basch a lawyer with the firm assured us we would be OK. After our consultation with Mr. Basch it was the first time we had gotten a good nights sleep in over a month. We had been burned before by an attorney who did not know Bankruptcy. We basically got to shake the attorneys hand and then were shipped off to a legal assistant to prepare our case. Walter Metzen and Charles Basch explained the whole process to us and we left the office with a feeling of hope whereas before we felt hopeless. We have a beautiful home and would love to keep it. There were just some unfortunate circumstances that came upon us which made us get behind. We are ready to start over again and we feel that your office is the answer.
