Man these boys are on their game you actually get to meet the attorney when you ask for him. i hired them after a tough accident i tried to handle things on my own but was gettin railroaded by the other party and his insurance company they had good customer service but the attorney is knowledgable and strong thats what i want his legal team are classy yet aggressive. it took longer than i wanted but i got a better result than i expected. i guess the law does work!!!! Definitley recommend them to family an friends. Jacob is my attorneys..thanks Jacob or should say Mr. Jacob.

Reviews: After three weeks of trying to work with the dealer to repair all the troubles found with my brand new SRX (3 weeks old with less than 500 miles) Ive finally decided to go to another Cadillac dealer in Nyack NY. Buyer be aware. Martin Cadila will sell you their cars. But they are nowhere to be found when it comes to servicing the cars they sold. They will give you all kinds of excuses (bankruptcy filing being the main one) to not deliver on the warraty they touted when trying to make a sale. Worse they tell you to go direclty to GM with your problems sicne it manufactured the car not the dealer?! Up and down the organization starting from the general mamanger to the sales manager and even down to sales staff they behave like fly-by-night third class used car dealer. Actually worse based on my experience much worse. If you want to have a professional business realtionship with your car delaer and get your hard earned moneys worth out of your luxury vehicle stay away from Martin Cadillac in Elglewood Cliffs.

The attorney was incompetent and when I gave Legal Grind all the evidence they needed to see that they continued to recommend him. I needed a living trust and used the internet to research the process. It seemed simple enough but I thought it best to check with an attorney. I live near Legal Grind and I went in and asked to speak to one. I was introduced to John Jennison. I gave him my handwritten will and various other information and asked him how much a living trust would cost. He looked away and said Oh six or seven hundred dollars. This was the first week in July. I asked him when it would be ready and he said in ten days. I told him I was going away for two weeks and would see him when I returned. I gave him $300. When I returned to California I went to his office four blocks from my home and he handed me a preliminary document (not the final one) and told me to look it over. It was full of mistakes. I made corrections and took it back to him. He said the complete document would be ready in two weeks about the beginning of August. After many delays (the office computer crashed and there is no backup) I was told to pick up the completed living trust. This was the week after Thanksgiving more than four months later than the original agreement. I took it home and opened it to find a bill for an additional $500 not the $300 or $400 he had said and again the document was full of mistakes. Someone I had never heard of was now the executor of my living trust. I was referred to variously as he she him and her and there were an unusual number of typographical errors bad punctuation incomplete sentences etc. I wrote to Mr. Jennison and to Legal Grind. Mr. Jennison responded by saying that a typo had changed the name of my executor form A--- L---- to G------ G-----. Apparently Mr. Jennison after stalling for months had taken someone elses living trust inserted my name and neglected to make the other changes. For this he wanted an additional $100 over the original price he had given me. He referred to special language he had had to develop--all of which was taken verbatim from the information I had given him. I sent copies of the living trust with each mistake underlined notations in the margin and a cover sheet summarizing all the mistakes to both Legal Grind and the California State Bar. The Bar responded by saying they saw nothing wrong with the living trust (or apparently with the inclusion of the mysterious executor). Legal Grind never responded at all in fact continued to recommend Mr. Jennison until according to someone at Legal Grind he left the law business. I would not trust the two 5 star ratings on this page; they sound like Legal Grind itself wrote them. This is a bad place recommending bad lawyers. The owner says he started it to change the publics negative perception of lawyers but in fact is doing nothing that will not reinforce it. Mr. Jennison did refund my initial $300 payment. Avoid Legal Grind.
