Reviews: I DONT THINK THERE IS AN ATTORNEY IN THIS OFFICE I HAVE TRIED TO REACH HIM/HER FOR 4 MONTHS NO RETURN CALLS OR THEY WOULD REDIRECT YOU TO A STAFF MEMBER TO EXPLAIN THE CASE. THATS NOT WHAT I WANTED! I WANT TO KNOW IF THIS IS A MAKE SHIFT ATTORNEYS OFFICE OR WHAT? THIS SHOULD BE AGAINST THE LAW TO ALLOW THIS TO HAPPEN. THE PERSON WORKING ON THE CASE WILL NOT RETURN CALLS AND WHEN YOU DO GET A HOLD TO HER SHE MAKE IT SEEMS THAT YOU ARE IN THE WRONG FOR CALLING. SHE CAN NOT GIVE YOU ANY VALID ANSWERS TO AN UPDATE. SHE COMPLAINS OF HOW MANY CASES SHE HAS TO DEAL WITH AND 50 CALLS AHEAD OF MINE THAT SHE HAS TO RETURN. I CALL EVERYDAY TRYING TO REACH HER AND IT MAKES ME MAD BECAUSE I WAS TRICKED INTO HIREING THEM TO REPRESENT ME. THEY SEND THIS WELL GROOMED GOOD SMELLING YOUNG HISPANIC MAN TO YOUR HOUSE AND HE ASK YOU QUESTIONS AND BUILD A CASE THEN AND TELL YOU THAT YOU THEY WILL FIGHT FOR YOU AND WIN THEN HE REFERES YOU TO THIS DOCTOR THAT IS NOT TOO CONCERNED AND MAKES SLY REMARKS THAT ARE RACIAL HE RUDE JUST LIKE THE PEOPLE THAT WORKS IN THE ATTORNEYS OFFICE. . THEN HE LEAVES AND YOU HAVE NO CLUE WHAT YOU JUST GOT INTO! UNTILL TOO LATE. YOU SIGN ALL OF THESE PAPERS WITH THE ATTORNEY AND WITH THIS DOCTORS OFFICE AND NOW YOU ARE TRAPPED IN THIS SAGA. BUT IT IS 4 MONTHS PAST BEFORE YOU REALIZED YOU HAVE BEEN DUKED. WHAT DO YOU DO AT THIS POINT???? I DONT KNOW ANTHING AS OF YET BECAUSE I HAVE BEEN GOING TO THERAPHY AND GOING THROUGH TEST ANS ALL MY MIND IS OCCUPIED UNTIL IM RELEASED FROM THE DOCTOR THEN BAAAAAM! IT HITS ME! IVE BEEN TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF. AT THIS POINT WHAT CAN I DO? THEY ARE GOING TO GET PAID REGAURDLESS! I SIGNED THEIR CONTRACT! THINKING THAT THEY WERE GOING TO HELP ME.

Reviews: Buyer beware that drivetime dont accept payments anymore they have an outside vendor accepting now and if your late they charge $7 daily until its paid. When buying the car they dont reveal that to you. And their down payments well you can go anywhere and get a car.
