Reviews: Go see Byron!! He gave my husband and I excellent service and helped us solve our differences and we both ended up picking out a livingroom set we both love!!! Byron also gave us a deal!! Hes awesome..never pressured us once. We got our furniture in a couple of days and it was delievered and put together by two awesome delivery men!! I will always buy from Ashley!! Reviews: Do Not Go Here. They are rude and dont care about their clients. Barry Phillips when he was alive was a great attorney. His replacement Micco is bad. Pay them money and you get nothing. They wanted us to pay $78000 back on $48000 of Chapter 13 debt. Go ahead and ask them to do things after youve paid more of a deposit than they were asking. They answer NO. They wont contact youre creditors. They wont run a credit report. They wont help you in any way. They will take your money. They will leave you uninformed and in the dark. They will play ignorant example I need a release Never heard of that What about collection agencies that sue and dont notify you by faking paperwork Never heard of that. Regret is the only thing you will get for your money. They also lie. The attorney will tell you anything you want to hear then the legal assistants tell the exact opposite. Run away from this firm!

Reviews: Let me add to the review that was previously posted by telling you how they treat staff. They hire young individuals make ridiculous guidlines to follow and when the employee meets all of them they still find an excuse to fire them. They need to be turned into the labor board which I personally will have my family memeber do. In the pas six months they have fired several GMs sales staff front desk workers etc to include the Gym in Temple. When my family member worked there as the assistant GM he was constantly harrased by the Regional guy and threatened with his job. Told how inadequate he was and when he would try to actually order supplies such as towles paper dispensers or call a plumer to service faucets etc he was told he was spending to much money. The owners seem to only be worried about their bottom dollar and what they make personally not the condition or the saftey of the Gyms themselves. They eventually told my family member they were fired only after an interview with the individual that hired him originally if youd like to call it that. They were cursed at talked down too and generally demoralized for being good employees. The were told they were fired only after they were asked how hold they were and the regional next comment was he should have asked that before that he/she was too young to manage. What the heck. In my experience age discrimination is illegal at least i thought. Eventually a week later they called them back to work and now a repeat performance only this time its becasue they were in an accident and unable to stand for long periods without the medications they are on making them dizzy. They need to be boycotted and closed forever. Not doubt eventully this Gym will be its own demise. THE WILL SEE BANKRUPTCY. They manage their gyms taking money from the members as well as the employees. We see how that worked for the big banks. Lets hope they dont get a bail out.

Not kid friendly carpet coming up Roaches Spiders dry wall falling apart bathrooms are moldy and dirty security doors brokendirty sheet Weird smell loud guest and sneaky receptionist. My husband maid reservations at the Value in down the road and when he accidently went at this place the receptionist told him to his face that he had reservations there. He said she should have his credit card in the system and she said they needed an inprint and charged him. Then we went to this room.. It looked like it wouldve falling apart any minute we had our 2 year old with us and had to keep shoes on it was fility. My husband drove down the street and noticed the hotel we were supposed to be at.

Reviews: The worst law firm ever!! I cant understand how are these people still on business and where is the business bureau to investigate them. I am warning you dont even get a consultation there are plenty of other lawyers in town smaller firms but much kinder. These people will charge you for a phone call that if you are lucky to actually being able to speak to one of them once they have taken your case. Shame on Killeen and the State of Texas that allows firms like Carlson to legally represent hard working soldiers and their families. Stay away from them and please... somebody from the State of Tx should take a look at these disgraceful professionals.

Reviews: We were so ashamed to have arrived at a place in our lives that caused us to file for bankruptcy. When we walked into the Killeen office we were always greeted as people not as people who made poor financial decisions. We had nothing but superior service from Erin and her associates. Erin will tell you like it is and this can at times be a little itimidating but she knows her stuff and I felt very well represented. We received nothing but professionalism from Erin and her staff and if we had to do it all over again (God forbid) we would not think of going anywhere else.
