Reviews: If you seek atrocious legal advice an ill-prepared attorney for your legal proccedings ill-equipped representation to facilitate a fair compromise poor communication and should you wish to lose on every facet of legal proceedings then Bressler Amery & Ross is your firm!! I was referred to bressler amery & ross by an attorney. i paid a significant retainer - which ultimately I fully surrendered and paid thousands more. As for my proceeding Bressler Amery & Ross never give me a straight legal answer to my inquiries nor offered anything to me in writing as to a possible legal solution or set of legal solutions. Instead I received false hope and scant communication throughout my proceedings. Worse still the attorney did no work whatsoever to find a compromise or an equitable resolution. The Bressler Amery & Ross attorney was positively outmaneuvered in every legal sense and phase of the proceedings from preparation to shaping the arguments to settlement phase by dim-witted legal opponents! Poor communication false hope and absolute avoidance of providing me any written solution was all that I received in the days and weeks ahead of my proceedings. For the weeks prior to my proceedings my calls e-mails & inquiries about what course of action I could expect them to take were never addressed. Even though i was met with silence or avoidance I was however certainly billed for each of the calls and emails I made. I was absoutely dumb-founded of the total inaction during the legal proceedings! My attorney sat stiff-lipped offering no counter arguments no input or guidance to me whatsoever. She/He sat there---like a potted plant! After what I believed was an totally unsatisfactory offer my Bressler Amery & Ross attorney offered no counter offer whatsoever! I told them this is where I need you most.. what I am paying you for. The remark I received was a complete and uder surrender on my attorneys behalf. That essentially that: it would cost so much more money and that this outcome though not favorable was in fact the best I should hope for and that despite it all I should accept this punishment and move on. I have suffered enormously from their lack of professional representation. While my career lies in ruins Bressler Amery & Ross collected tens of thousands of dollars. It must be a wonderfully smug feeling knowing that your firms poor legal performance is almost never accounted for nor is it rarely traceable or worse researched by ordinary people seeking proper legal representation. It is astounding that poor performance in the legal profession is so under reported. My hope is that this review steers you or any friend clearly in another direction. You would be an absolute fool to employ them. Run dont walk away from Bressler Amery & Ross. Even better still pass this review onto your friends via Facebook and other social networks. They have offices in Florida NJ & NY.
