Reviews: I was told it would be 10 days to type up the papers. On the 10th day I had to call and they said yes they got them back from their independent svc who types them up for them but she still had to proofread, that was on a Friday. I said I would be by the following Monday and she said they would be ready. I got there and they were not proof read so I did so. I found that someone else's info was on part of my form and they had my address incorrect in some spots. I circled all incorrect entries. I was told they need to send out again to correct. I came back 2 days later. The info that wasnt mine was removed but the addresses still hadnt been fixed. I asked if it was ok to correct them with a pen and was told this was ok. I also discovered that the person's name who was on the doc's from the svc had not signed her part in the many places and would not be back till next week, this still delaying me in filing my papers. I also learned that she was incorrect when I asked if I could correct the addressses by pen. I was informed by the court they would have to be re-typed. I have been trying to call for the last 2-hours and have not been able to get thru, their answering machine is also full. I know I am writing this review before my transaction has been completed but I am so dissappointed with this company that I had to vent. They also lead you to believe that they file the papers at the courthouse for you but they dont. I thought that maybe i was the only one who misunderstood this but since I have been there sooooo many times I have heard other clients say the same thing , that they thought "we the people" file for you. In conclusing...this svc that is suppose to have your papers done within 10 days...I am not in my FOURTH WEEK. I would recommend another service
