The contractor has not done any work at all on my remodel job in over 2 weeks and has now informed me through a certified letter that he is abandoning my project (and many others) and is filing for bankruptcy and leaving the business. We are faced with a project halfway done and mostly screwed up. We have of course paid for most of the job already and don't even have all of the materials including half of the deck tile we need to complete the job. That coupled with the prospect of having to potentially re-plaster a $10,000 pool finish puts us in quite an unpleasant predicament. All thanks to RON GLANTZ.
