I payed up front and he failed to respond to the plaintiffs motions resulting in a complete loss for me and the monies I payed to Tim Tuck. I urge you not to use this guy as he stole my money and I now have to file greivance against him with Tulsa County Bar.

Reviews: A FAT ZERO!!! if you are not a honest person then yes go here!!! i was rear ended and because my car wasnt damaged and i didnt come out paralyzed from the waist down all i got was 600 bucks. they told me to use their doctors and i ran up 6000. and some change of medical bills! If i knew that i could have used my own doctor which they did not ask i would have!!! no one got paid they couldnt even get me enough to pay everyone!! Why would they have me run up all of these medical bills and turn around and say THEY WOULD NOT GO TO TRIAL FOR ME! I almost lost my job because they had me running to therpy 3 times a week for 3 months to get 600 bucks!! do i still hurt yes! all they wanted to do was fill me up with pills i would have been a damn zombie!! IF YOU ARE HONEST AND HAVE NEVER SUED ANYONE DO NOT GO TO GARRET LAW OFFICE! THEY ARE JUST AS BAD AS INSURANCE COMPANIES!!! If i knew what i know I WOULD HAVE LIED JUST LIKE ALL OF THE CROOKS THAT GARRETT LAW OFFICE DEFENDS!!! DO NOT USE IF YOU ARE AN HONEST PERSON WANTING FAIR REPERSENTATION. The nerve of them to tell me THEY WOULD NOT GO TO TRIAL FOR ME!!! what the hell!!!! i trusted them before i trusted attorney that i work with!!! i hurt everyday they wouldnt even keep the medical part of the case open for me! DONT DO IT!! find someone else never ever use a movie star attorney!! I went to my doctor first and i even asked Jessica (secretary for Garrett) if i should use my doctor or theirs..you guessed it she said theirs!!!!! First time claimers DO NOT USE DO NOT USE DO NOT USE!!! They are the biggest legal crooks in town!!! Only once did someone come and meet me it took alomost year to get 600 buck!!!! 600 bucks and 6000 dollars worth of medical bills and out of the 6000. 4000. went to pay my medical bills off!!! I had to ask their doctor if the pain will ever go away he said eventually then why continue all this damn therpy? he wanted to stick me with one of them damn long ass needles? i asked if it was a temporary fix he said yes! i said well i dont want it and I...I told him then there is no need to continue if its just a temporary fix! dont put elmers glue on something that needs CEMENT GLUE!!! They are crooks and wolves in sheeps clotheing better known as IDIOTS IN SUITS!!!! Peace out!
