I had the opportunity to sit in on one of their meetings (the last one) and found John to be most unfriendly unknowledgeable about the facts of my parents files and situation and lacking in personality and likeability that I feel is very important in order to achieve a client/attorney rapport and successful outcome. I immediately advised and helped my parents hire a new attorney who possesses all that I feel is lacking in this firm. Now my parents have hope when they did not before.
