Reviews: We currently have an account with American State Bank located in Abilene Texas. We also have a PayPal account that had some fraudulent activity. PayPal contacted us and notified us. We notified ASB and they told us once the money was deposited by PayPal they would remove the NSF and overdraft fees. Today the money went in and we contacted the bank and they would only take out half the fees. I will no longer do business with this bank. Do not use this bank!

Small business owners BEWARE! They purposely delay deposits an extra day in an attempt to charge outrageous overdraft fees! Get out while the gettin is good!!!

Reviews: This is a gret place to bank it offers many different types of FREE bank accounts and a variety of locations and open extended hours in many of the other locations of its branch locations. You can save the money tha a few of the Not so good banks charge you and gret all of the same services here Free and get fast personalized customer service by helpful friendly people who apreciate your business! No I dont work for them! But they do such a fine job of taking care of me as a customer.... I can say they really work for me just as they do for all of their customers. It is great to do business with a bank that has value for those people who deposit money with them.
