Reviews: I have been to Ecology Action several times now and have ALWAYS been treated courteously. The employees are ALWAYS helpful and eager to answer questions. Ive observed them treating other customers with the same respect and gratitude. Im thinking maybe that it wasnt an actual empolyee with whom the first reviewer interacted. There are usually several helpers there that are performing thier court ordered community service. Those folks arent usually extremely happy to be there but the employess are always cheerful from what Ive seen. I would reccomend anyone novice or adept to bring thier recyclable to Ecology Action!

Reviews: I have a small account with Velocity and have never experienced the type of problem that our larger bank gives us. My account has been with them since 1974. I walk in to do most of my transactions (low low dollar) and feel the staff is warm informed and careful. The rates have been very good. When I take out my holiday money the teller counts the money out quietly. I have asked for financial advice and have gotten better service from them than from Bank of America where my checking account has been active since the early 70s when it operated under a different name. I have used University Federal and found them no better in service or rates than Velocity. I have a small savings account at another credit union and still get better service and rates from Velocity. Whenever I have a negative experience at any retail or bank location I report it through the chain of command tactfully. I dont work for them nor know anyone there personally. I have recommended them to many people over the years and none of them have had negative comments about them. Velocity is a keeper!
