Reviews: This company is ?? I have complained to the BBB they are claiming that I own another vehicle and owe them toll fee Iwent the TXDOT made several calls and finally got a supervisor and they gave me information to call this company and for them to cal them and clear this up because I have lived in NC for over 12 years and my SS# did not match. Well they are calling 6 months later staqting I woe them again and willnot listen that Im not the J Johnson they are looking for and they are rude and never helped me once said I should have faxed the the information ...... and this is 6 months after it was suppose to be handled. Not my car not my place of employment Im diabled and I have only been on a toll road one time 15+ years ago lost going to a job interview paid with change and got off the road fast. This is a horrible company and does not do proper checking and is very rude and demands money froma disabled person who bills are paid and has much proof where I live and doctors appointments and allergy shot I get from 1 to 2 weeks. I have not left out of 100 miles of NC in over 7 years and they are driving me crazy.

Reviews: Before WaMu I had not problems with any of my accounts for years then they were bought out by Washington mutual which made a BIG diffrerence. They counldnt fix anything nor correct anything nor explain nor apologize They just went around in circles kinda like a dog chasing its tail. I Will never have anything to do with this place called it a bank.

Reviews: One of the worst managed banks I have ever been to. I also have never had anyone answere the phone at this location. You cannot depend on officer to do what they said they would do nor can manager do anything but blame customer for problem. If we continue with our 7 accounts it will not be with this branch
