Reviews: Not a good bank in general. Lousy customer service.. SOme branches are better than others but the banks policies favor them and I felt they never cared about the customer just making money off them.. Other banks are better - I just switched and love my new bank open until 4pm on Sat and until 6pm everyday!! Better services and more locations...

Reviews: Bank does not regularly send statements it loses statements and takes a long time to replace them. Telephone information is via what appears an offshore operation with personnel speaking Pidgin English incapable of addressing simple questions as to interest and the like. Tellers have a tendency to hassle customers. Definitely not a customer-oriented bank. Its cashiers checks take 10 days or more to clear other banks. Bank returns checks that are fully covered apparently because of the confusion in its records. Do not recommend this in my experience hostile institution that will treat you as a cypher.

Reviews: Very professional staffs . Treat everyone equal regardless how small and large the transactions are. They render help and assist whenever you make a mistake. They treat you like a VIP and most importantly they give service with a smile. When there was a long line someone is always available to open up other window to accommodate fast service. I know Wells Fargo is not perfect as a whole but this institution and its staff we have in Hercules is well trained and ready for their service.
