Reviews: This company is a joke please listen people. We were never and I mean HONESTLY Never late on rent. We moved in the grass was dead in the backyard (now that we are moving out they except a lush beautiful lawn). We gave are notice on the first we are packing going through boxes and yes the house is torn up a little (whos isnt while moving) but ONeill Properties charges $75.00 a day if home is not in what THEY consider showable condition. Another good one my father has been diagnosed with cancer we had family coming from all over the states Gail (the poor excuse for a lady) wrote me up almost every weekend for to many cars on a public street after explaining these were visitors for my father (what a bitter women). OH yeah never use your garage for any kind of storage you will hear about that one too. I would be happy to talk to anyone thinking about renting a property with ONeill property management hell I will even show you the house I am talking about please email me at Scottjhetland@yahoo.com I dont want somebody to make the same mistake as my wife and her dad did.

Reviews: Its great to know that there really are good caring people out there. Landmark was there for us when no one else even bothered or was even available. We were in a jam. We moved cross-country and when we arrived at our rental home we were told by the owner he couldnt save the home from foreclosure and the bank would be taking it back within a few days. We had no idea the owner had this problem but leaving out all the details to that fiasco we ended up in a lousy motel and frantically began our new search for a home with a truck full of furniture parked outside. It was a Saturday afternoon when we finally began our new search. We managed to reach a few agents but after they heard our story they wouldnt give us the time of day. We then called property management companys but no one was open. We almost gave up for the day but then saw a phone book ad that said Landmark was open 7 days a week. Later that evening we were in their office going through the application process. The manager Skip was terrific. The very next day which was a Sunday Landmark had us moved in to a home that we feel lucky and very happy to be in. Although the process took them a lot of effort they stuck with us and made it happen! For us they turned a catastrophe into a very pleasant experience.

Reviews: Union Bank doesnt care about a certain population of our country. They dont care about the needs of our Speical Adults that have Autism or other disabilys. They dont care that they dont make much money & think that charging them monthly fees& having mimum balance is ok . Thank God fot Wells Fargo & thier team for understanding that even a $3 fee is to much & they dont require a minum balance.

Reviews: wamu/chase is the worst bank ever!!!! they hold your tranactions for over a week....then right before you get paid as soon as you dont have the money to cover it they put it through! then charge you $33.00! they had this promo to get you to open an account ....you were supposed to get $100.00 well it has been 8 months and i never received it! I have inquired with them several times and they respond with form letters. the customer service at the branches SUCKS as well! they are a group of the most unfriendly people I have ever met!!! put your money somewhere else!
