Reviews: This is the worst place. Not like B of A is much better but really WaMu Chase has the worst customer service youll ever receive. I had my identity stolen and WaMu/Chase ACTUALLY sent me a letter saying that it was MY FAULT and that I was most likely involved in the fraud!!!! This is SO insulting!!! And I have been a loyal customer since 2001!!! - No exaggeration and no lies on my part.

Reviews: Union Bank in Riverside CA practices deceptive banking practices. They will tell you that it cost nothing to open an account and no monthly service fees. However after three months of services they start charging you fees. They are plenty of other banks in the area who will not charge fees. I closed my account with Union Bank after 4 months because of their lies.
