Reviews: Terrible service. I called at 9 am to find out why a hold had been placed on a deposit. I was told that only a manager could help but none would be avialable until 9:30 am. I was told that a magager would call me. At 10 am I had received no call. I called and was told a manager would not be available until 1:30. The person I talked with refused to even check the account and transferred me to a dead line. I called another BofA and resolved the issue.

Reviews: This is one bank that I avoid at all costs. The people there are rude and ask personal questions that are not needed for banking. When doing some banking for my work the teller commented on the balance and make the comment of man u guys must be dealing something. What kind of bank is this??? There is one girl there with purple streaks that is pleasant....all other tellers STAY AWAY!!!
