Reviews: Check n Go Pleasanton ca is ok. They need some work. It never takes less than 20 min to get out of there even on thier slow days. Either there is a lot of people inside or it take forever to attend to one person. They may need to get another helper. If you do visit this store make sure you always carry your check stubb. They need a verification almost everytime I go inside. It becomes a problem if you have that new online pay stub service. That means you need to print out a copy every other week. Some people dont have computers so it could become a problem like it was for me. Make sure you check in for your annual registration date. Its frustrating to go in for a check advance because you realy need it and have to wait there an hour to feel out another application. They should work on sending us email notices they have all our information. Dont seem like a bad idea if you ask me.

Reviews: I dont know if their branches are excellent or not. Yet I am sick of their VISA card policies. Never apply their credit card nor do balance transfers with their offer. They will make money out of you with their hidden balance transfer charges and special payment posting policy. I got hit by them so badly. Ended up after using their credit card for a month and in order to stop them making more money out of me I have to stop using their card. I have excellent credit and paid them off every single statement. However I learned a painful lesson from doing balance transfer business with them. Dont let their small benefit blind you! They will get you back big time. Not worth to have any accounts with them. I am boycotting them. Check out all the online complaint websites to read how bad a company WAMU is.

Reviews: WAMU was absolutely the best bank Ive ever had. They never have made a mistake in the 9 years Ive been a member and Im hoping that they never do once Chase gets its nasty paws in the paperwork. I they do Im going back to the Credit Union because as I see it these banks have gotten too greedy for their own good. I wanted to ask Chase for a bailout and lower my finance charge and they were too greedy to give me a break. With actions like that they are gonna lose a good customer.

Reviews: Well I called the Danville CA branch this morning and asked how to open an account by telephone as the web site suggests. The clerk did not know it and after some time a brusque female came on line and said it could not be done. The manager was not in -- I left word but I doubt the call will be returned it has not been in an hour. Im sure the bank is trying to do business and do it well but to accomplish such goal it should in the first place train its personnel. For some reason it does not seem to do it.
