Reviews: I am a personal banker and I hate it when people have to pay 33 for over drafting 1 dollar. I really wish I had the power to give that fee back but its not that easy. My advice to anyone whos been charged overdraft fees is to keep 200 dollars in your savings and have it linked with your checking account for overdraft protection. Also balance your check book at all times. Dont waste your time complaining because the truth is that all banks are the same. If we all kept a balanced check book banks wouldnt make money. Come on guys the only way to beat the bank is to not overdraft so balance your check book at all times :)

Reviews: Had cancelled service due to homes sale. Called back and extended time because sale posponded. I was told No Problem. They did not pull back the order. The lights were turned off. And I had to pospone the close further because I was unable to finish the move or clean the house without electricity. Took 24 hours to get them back out there even after they admitted it was their fault.
