Reviews: Harris Bank is a joke. In the past two weeks at two different Harris Banks I have dealt with pure stupidity. FIrst experience was at the bank at Cedar and Route 30. When I pulled up into the drive-thru I was the second car in the second lane. Both other lanes had two cars each. I watched in my rear-view mirror as four more cars pulled into the drive-thru. I finally pulled up to the window and sent my deposit in and the teller called back saying hew would be with me in a few minutes. So there I sat for 10 minutes. I called the bank from my cell and told the receptionist that there are 8 cars in te drive-thru and only one teller. She paused and said Excuse me. Finally the one teller finished my deposit and as I left I no one still did not come help the one teller. Overall time spent in drive-thru 24 minutes. 2nd experience involved the Harris Bank on 159th and Wolf Rd in Orland Park. Drove up to the drive-thru at 1:54 time according to my cell phone car clock and my sons cell phone and the blinds were closed already in the drive-thru. The bank was shut-down 6 minutes early. Another car pulled up next to me looked at his time looked at me and left pissed off. My husbands business account has had many issues also the scariest was a withdrawl was made from his account because a teller up north mixed up the numbers and instead of a withdrawl out of the other persons account it was taken out of my husband account. They are a big corporation and dont care about the common people.
